How to add a fixed IP to windows

1-Open Network and Sharing center

2-From the left side click on Change adapter settings 

3-right click on the adapter you want to change IP for and choose properties 

4-double click on (internet protocol version 4) TCP/IPv4

5-check on (use the following IP address)

6-Enter IP, Subnet mask , Gateway----DNS details

7-Click OK
